Our Experience With Venue And Event Lifts

Aero supports stadiums, arenas, theaters, festivals, and production crews across the Northeast. Our crews understand how event schedules drive every decision and how the load-in or load-out window is the only window.

Services

Operated crane, rigging, hauling, and storage all run through one Aero team. The crew that books the lift also handles the rig plan, the transport, and the staging.

Areas We Serve

Aero crews dispatch from South Windsor across Connecticut, Rhode Island, western Massachusetts, and southern Vermont. Equipment is matched to the site distance, road access, and lift requirements before the crane leaves the yard.

Fleet Capacity

The fleet spans 25-ton carry decks to 770-ton all-terrain Liebherrs, with boom trucks, truck cranes, and forklifts in between. Each crane is matched to the load, the site access, and the schedule of your job.

Coordinated Around The Show

Event work runs on the clock. Here is how Aero plans around your venue and the production schedule.

Confirm Venue And Event Plan

Tell us the venue, the load-in window, and the production specs. We confirm crane reach, access, and the lift sequence around the event calendar.

Match The Right Crane And Reach

Sized for venue access, stage clearances, and the radii required for scoreboard, lighting truss, and production equipment lifts.

Coordinate With Venue And Crew

We sync with venue operations, the production lead, and the rigging crew so the crane sequence supports the install and respects the event schedule.

Execute And Close Out

Operators on site, lifts complete inside the load-in window, venue back to the production crew for show prep.

Sports And Entertainment Crane Questions

Common questions about sports venue and entertainment crane work.

What kind of venue work does Aero support?

Stage rigging support and load-in lifts at concerts and festivals, scoreboard and display panel placements at stadiums and arenas, lighting and audio truss support, and ongoing venue maintenance projects between events.

Can you work inside an arena or stadium?

Yes. Carry Deck cranes are sized for indoor work in arenas and stadiums where overhead clearance and floor protection matter. We coordinate access routes with venue ops and confirm floor load capacity before bringing equipment inside.

How do you coordinate around the event schedule?

Event schedules are non-negotiable. Send us the load-in and load-out windows and we will build the crane mobilization, equipment staging, and lift sequence to fit. Late nights and early mornings are part of how venue work runs.

What size cranes do you bring to venues?

Carry Deck cranes for indoor venue work, 55-ton through 230-ton all-terrain cranes for scoreboard installs, exterior staging, and outdoor festival setups. We size from venue access and load specs.

How much lead time is needed for venue work?

Two to three weeks for scheduled venue projects. Festival load-in coordination benefits from earlier planning. Emergency or fast-turn entertainment work can sometimes be turned around in 48 to 72 hours when crews and equipment are available.
