Our Experience With Industrial Plant Lifts

Aero has supported manufacturing plants, processing facilities, and industrial operations across the Northeast. Our crews understand how production environments operate. Narrow access aisles, height restrictions, scheduled outages, and the importance of getting back online without delay.

Services

Operated crane, rigging, hauling, and storage all run through one Aero team. The crew that books the lift also handles the rig plan, the transport, and the staging.

Areas We Serve

Aero crews dispatch from South Windsor across Connecticut, Rhode Island, western Massachusetts, and southern Vermont. Equipment is matched to the site distance, road access, and lift requirements before the crane leaves the yard.

Fleet Capacity

The fleet spans 25-ton carry decks to 770-ton all-terrain Liebherrs, with boom trucks, truck cranes, and forklifts in between. Each crane is matched to the load, the site access, and the schedule of your job.

Tagline

Coordinated Before The Crane Rolls

Industrial work starts with plant constraints, not crane specs. Here is how Aero plans around your facility.

Confirm Equipment And Outage Plan

Tell us the equipment, the access, and your scheduled outage window. We map the lift around your maintenance plan.

Match The Right Crane And Rigging

Sized to fit indoor clearances, outdoor radii, and the load. Carry Deck for tight indoor work, larger all-terrain cranes for rooftop placements.

Coordinate With Plant And OEM

We sync with your maintenance team and OEM vendors so the lift sequence supports the install, not the other way around.

Execute And Close Out

Operators on site, lifts complete on schedule, equipment back to your team for commissioning.

Industrial Plant Crane Questions

Common questions about industrial and manufacturing crane work.

What kind of industrial equipment can Aero place?

Production line equipment, rooftop chillers, HVAC packages, transformers, generators, and OEM machinery placements. If it needs a crane and it is inside a plant or on a plant rooftop, we have likely lifted it.

Can you work inside a manufacturing facility?

Yes. Our 18-ton Carry Deck cranes are sized for indoor lifts in plants with limited overhead clearance. We coordinate access routes and pick locations with your maintenance team before the crane arrives.

How do you coordinate around our outage window?

Industrial lifts are planned around your outage, not ours. Send us your maintenance schedule and we will build the crane plan around it. Early arrival, staged equipment, and crews ready when the line shuts down.

What size cranes do you bring to industrial sites?

Sizing depends on equipment weight and pick radius. Carry Deck cranes for indoor work, 55-ton through 230-ton all-terrain cranes for rooftop placements and outdoor lifts. We size from your equipment specs and site access.

How much lead time do you need for industrial work?

Two to three weeks is ideal for planned outage work, especially for equipment over 30 tons or rooftop placements that need permits. Emergency maintenance lifts can sometimes be turned around in 48 hours.
